Maintainer bios: normalize to first person

Right now the maintainer bios on the nextercism website have a mix of first person and third person writing.

I'd like us to choose one consistent format and stick with it. Preferably first person, as it feels more friendly/human and less corporate/official.

The only exception is @rbasso's because In a world plagued by mutability, where side-effects scorch the land, a hobbyist programmer joins a fellowship of coders to save The Source. is whimsical and cute and would be ruined by a first person narrative.

So: FYI @exercism/track-maintainers we're going to submit PRs to change any 3rd person bios to be first person, unless you've already fixed it yourself 🙇
