OpenSnitch Android version

I really like this project and I would like to see OpenSnitch as a part of degoogled Android OSes like GrapheneOS or LineageOs. It would be probably a game changer for the popularity of those roms, when you can actually prevent apps (and even services) calling home. Thank you so much!

And is there an alternative method for sponsering like a Paypal account or something? I don't like Github (Microsoft).

I doesn't have the granularity of open snitch, but https://github.com/M66B/NetGuard most likely do 99% of what you want.

Netguard vs Rethink: the former has more features behind paywall, whereas the latter is totally free. I personally found Rethink more user-friendly, although by a narrow margin.
