Debian 13 does not have this problem and starts the UI up right after it is installed. It looks like this is the dependency, but Fedora does not seem to have it:

In principle, the dependency libqt5sql5-sqlite should provide the sqlite driver. But it seems that PyQt5 and Qt5 have been removed from the repositories.
The sqlite driver is installed under /usr/lib64/qt6/plugins/sqldrivers/.

Given that Qt5 has been removed from the repos, I'd suggest to install latest v1.8.0 which uses PyQt6. If it still doesn't work, launch the GUI as follow and post the output:

ok, that's a good sign, it didn't complain about the sqlite driver.

Remove the db from disk and reopen the GUI. When it's corrupted we try to recover it, but sometimes is not possible.

See if you have the file libqsqlite.so under /usr/lib64/qt6/plugins/sqldrivers/.
If it's there, execute and post the output of: ldd /usr/lib64/qt6/plugins/sqldrivers/libqsqlite.so

Verify that the sqlite3 libs are installed: ~ $ yum repoquery --installed | grep sqlite

It'll also be usefull the output of: ~ $ QT_DEBUG_PLUGINS=1 opensnitch-ui

By the way, the file /usr/lib64/qt6/plugins/sqldrivers/libqsqlite.so is provided by the package qt6-qtbase. It's probably already installed, since it's a basic component, but just to be sure verify that it's installed.
