Editor actions buttons

The problem is this: when I open an application in which a file was previously opened, the editor actions such as: undo or return, save, search, etc. are not displayed. But the file itself is opened

There is also a bug, when you close all the tabs, the editor's actions are still displayed

Plz fix this

1. If there was a tab opened before, then yes
2. When I switch to another tab, the buttons appear
