I'm having trouble building dist, lib.commonjs, lib.esm. npm build dist fails because it can't find dist/package.json. npm run auto-build might be working but I don't like that it seems to want to hang out in the background and I am unsure if it worked.

The correct commands were npm run build-dist and npm run build-all

It’s ok. The only files that should change for a Parade files in the src.ts. Much easier to check those visually for weird things. :)
