If there is a time I’d like to quickly discuss potential Engine/JSON-RPC API change related to the block confirmation rule:

• propagate confirmedBlockHash alongside to safeBlockHash in the engine_forkchoiceUpdated call
• add “confirmed” block tag to JSON-RPC

Discussion points:

• should confirmed block be propagated to and exposed by EL client. Alternatively, its hash could be obtained from CL client and then all EL data can be queried with that hash
• should confirmed block be configurable in EL client, i.e. a node operator can alias confirmed to justified or finalized or confirmed
• should we introduce justified block tag and preserve safe as an alias to the justified

if EIPs for prague CFI are being discussed again, i'd like to see if there is any progress on consensus for EIPS 5920 (PAY) and 7609 (transient storage pricing), as there was some discussion last ACDE but no conclusion was reached.
