disable bad uncle warning like below

obscuren said: it’s not an error
the miner is always running (not mining) and is collecting uncles as the chain progresses
at some point when a transaction comes in it uses the miner and applies it to the transient state, but with it it will also tests uncles
that’s the error you’re seeing
i should disable those
