jsonrpc logging module

Geth has a logging module so that all jsonrpc requests and responses can be displayed in the log.
eg --loglevel 3 --vmodule=chain_manager=5,api=5,rpc=5,http=6,transaction_pool=5

Would something like it be possible in cpp? With verbosity 10 I don't see anything about jsonrpc requests and responses.
