Description

The previously scheduled Base regolith fork finalized the first block into the post-regolith chain, since inputs were derived with regolith rules, and then finalized.

The regolith hardfork is rescheduled, and already-activated regolith nodes should thus revert the finalized regolith block, by reverting back to the pre-regolith parent-block of the fork-boundary block.
