Telegram bot builders — sharing an open source project that uses Telegram for investment monitoring alerts.

AI Investment Skills — Claude Code skills with Telegram integration:

• Options flow scanner — sector ETF P/C anomaly detection, volume quality filtering
• Price monitor — stop-loss/take-profit Telegram alerts, checks every 5 min during pre/regular/after-market hours
• Daily AI briefing — morning context delivered via Telegram

Alert delivery pattern:
Uses grammy (TypeScript Telegram bot library), but the pattern is identical to pyTelegramBotAPI:

1. Cron triggers price check
2. Price compared to configured thresholds
3. Bot sends alert with ticker, price, distance from threshold
4. 30-min cooldown to prevent spam

Real alert sent:
"🚨 STOP-LOSS ALERT — TEM $47.19 ▼ -2.62% — Stop: $49.75 | Breach: -$2.56 (-5.1%) — Pre-market."
