Lightsaber only and disable force on yes don't work when playing solo game and create a game.

Whenever i select yes for lightsaber only and disable force, i am still am able to pick up blasters throughout the map and still use force powers. On the loading screen for the map it says "saber only" and no "force powers" but doesn't work in game.
