Create a similar dashboard like the snippets dashboard, but for scripts instead. The user will be able to manage and run scripts.

Scripts can contain placeholders for inserting arguments as we do for snippets.

This would be wildly useful to me - I've begun to look into adding some scripts to my configuration and being able to provide a friendlier UX for my users would be rad.
