Schedule the scrapper and make the scrapper persistant #17

This will help to make the scrapper persistent.

Currently, when you schedule the scrapping it is saved but when you redeploy the application you have to restart the scheduling.

We need to find which database it is using for scheduling, and once we have found make sure the schedule is saved in the database.
