TypeScript 3.1 fixes a large number of bugs and regressions. It'd be great if this parser supported it 🙏

We may soon add this to create-react-app, it would be preferable to add support to the latest typescript version instead of 3.0.1.

typescript-estree officially supports TS3.1! JamesHenry/typescript-estree#14

Just an update about create-react-app, the maintainers asked to remove this from the pull request since there is a big help wanted in the readme, which shows that this will probably give maintainability burden for them in the future.
