Issue while downloading rar file

Hello,
I tried to download this repo 3 to 4 times.
sometimes it stopped after downloading 25mb or 400mb like that randomly.
i download it successfully twice but it says archive is currupted.
so can u please provide me external download link for it?
and also want to know that is it capable to unlock or change software in tata sky binge edition firestick?
