Remove oracle_address from config

After this #330 , to maintain a clean codebase, we can eliminate the oracle_address field from the configuration file and retrieve the address from the secret within the code. This will also help us remove the network prefix dependency inside the code and use a configurable variable for that. This will make it easier to use the service on both mainnet and testnet!
