interpretation of Author/Editor fields from Zotero entries

@michaelnmmeyer — this is about the zotero entry Griffiths2021-2022_01, which now looks like this and yields the following display (DHARMA_INSIDENKWuruTunggal.xml).

So this is an article written by me alone in a volume of which I am co-editor.

Initially, my role as Author stood below the three editor fields in the zotero entry and the display on dharmelekha was "Furui et al. [2023] 2021-2022, pp. 198–199, n. 139". Moving my role as Author to the top has caused Furui to be replaced by Griffiths but there is still the unwanted element "et al.".

Fixed, but the relevant code is unreliable, I will need to rewrite it.
