Add a button in workspace to show all items, this should probably be discussed with UX

E.g. for Workorder: OGP want to see all WOs that have 100% progress, there could still be some work needed on them.

Acceptance Criteria

• Default is to show only open WOs

@ken-mellem I think that I only have heard about the issue, but there hasn´t been done any UX work as far as I can remember. Which app/view was this about again? I can have a look at it this week if necessary.
