It is the first time installing.
I a getting like this

After the latest update the CLI tool equora has been renamed to Aureli, you can either use aureli or au. So all you should have to do is aureli install manually and then aureli run. It seems like I haven't updated the installer script from the website

Why I am unable to add wallpaper

You can use au set wallpaper.folder /home/yourName/wallpapers to set the wallpaper folder and then add your wallpapers to the folder you specified

You actually can't add them using the UI currently. So you have to add them to your "All Wallpapers" folder manually. And if you downloaded the default wallpapers then they should be displayed in the UI when using the default config, they should be at "~/.local/share/equora/wallpapers". Did you not see them at the beginning? And can you send me the output of "ls ~/.local/share/equora"?

Can you tell where the configuration file is stored

The Configuration file is stored at ~/.config/aureli/config.json I've also just pushed a new commit that should allow you to add wallpapers through the UI. You can use au update to update the shell. Also what is inside the All wallpapers folder. Because it doesn't support sub folders at the moment so your images have to be inside the folder. And if you reset the wallpaper folder with au reset wallpaper.folder and au restart does it show the wallpapers you have in the default directory?
