While attempting to to do the upgrade to v10.11.0 got this issue:

It is the same I encountered at first and it was allso reported here: cypress-io/cypress#22369
It seems to exist some troubleshooting here: cypress-io/cypress#22071

OK, the problem was the cypress.json. We needed to remove it.
Working locally:
