eTARGET is a digital solution which was developed by the digital Experimental Cancer Medicine Team (digital ECMT) to support decision making by the Molecular Tumour Board for the TARGET program run by The Christie NHS Foundation Trust. It integrates the clinical data, Next Generation Sequencing data and immunohistochemistry results.
