Can this plugin be used to copy lines with a certain tag at the beginning of the note?

I am not a developer so I'm struggling a bit to understand the scope of what this plugin can do. To give me a better idea, could someone say whether this plugin can be used to copy paragraphs with a certain tag at the beginning of the note?

For example, let's say I have a long note, e.g. lecture notes or notes from a meeting in which I tag important lines with #!!!. Is it possible to write code that parses that note and copies any line with that tag to the beginning of the note (or some designated place)?
