This information is buried in the conformance-test output, but it should be made much more user-visible.

Moving this to v0.3.0-rc.1 since we can add docs post-v0.2.0 release.

EG currently supports all GW API (v0.6.0) v1beta1 and v1alpha2 core/extended APIs besides the following:
