Envoy extensions configuration

Hi!
Is there any way to set the extensions.filters.udp.udp_proxy.v3.UdpProxyConfig? As far as I understand EnvoyPatchPolicy resource works only with limited set of value. My case is pretty simple, I'm trying to preserve the source IP of packet that goes to particular UDPRoute.
