When running Envoy Mobile and Charles Proxy, requests seem to stall from the client app's perspective. However, using other proxies that do not mutate/inspect traffic (such as HotspotShield) seem to work without any problems. This issue is here to track support for Charles Proxy inspection + Envoy Mobile.
