We'd like to be able to run Enable under Pyside 6. Things we need to sort out include:

Don't use QtCore.Qt.MidButton #891
Use QOpenGLWidget #900 Sort out use of OpenGL (it's core in Qt5, a module in Qt6); might need to drop Qt4
Run omitted tests #938 There appears to be a change in the mouse wheel event API

Other than that, Kiva and Enable test suites seem to pass.
