Meza Packages

Repository to build and maintain meza RPMs.

Building RPMs

yum install git -y
cd ~
git clone https://github.com/enterprisemediawiki/meza-packages
cd meza-packages
ls
cd <the package you want to (re)build from the ls command above>
sudo bash build-rpm.sh

After the package is built, the RPM file in ~/meza-packages/RPMs will be added (replacing any old ones). To push these to github:

git checkout -b new-branch-name
git status
git add -A
git commit -m "what you changed and why"
git push origin new-branch-name

Note that if you're building this on a VM you may need to setup your git config:

git config --global user.name "James Montalvo"
git config --global user.email "jamesmontalvo3@gmail.com"
git config --global core.editor vi

Using the RPMs

These RPMs are intended to be used by meza. There are no gaurantees they will work anywhere else. See installation scripts for meza for where they are used.
