Make list of changes (and indicate if they are backwards incompatible or not)
- setup no longer receives container as an argument. It is available as this.container within the setup callback, and the test function itself.
- this.append() is deprecated (but still functional), in favor of this.render().
Update ember-cli-qunit to use rwjblue/ember-qunit-builds#0.2.0 (when its published)
