Is there a way to handle overflowing elements?

Say [A] is [B]'s parent.

Currently, it would look like this:

+---[A]---+
|   +---[B]---+
|   |         |
|   +---------+
+---------+

Could it be possible to make it look like this?

+---[A]---+
|   +---[B]
|   |     |
|   +-----+
+---------+
