Leaderboard doesn't refresh the scores

The leaderboard doesn't refresh automatically, have to reload the page every time we want to see updated scores.

Proposal: Add a switch that auto-refreshes the page every 5-15s or so.

Sounds good, I think the original version of sarp (minos) didn't do that because the scoreboard rendering was inefficient and it would slow down the server, but I think it's a good addition for sarp. Maybe every minute? Would you be able to PR it?
