Rename ptr.To to ptr.ToCopy

ptr.To is really nice short name. But it can be misleading. Especially for following case:

value := "str"
pointer := ptr.To(value) // returns a pointer to copy of value

This is different behaviour than:

value := "str"
pointer := &value

Maybe name should be changed then?
