TimeBolt Extension doesn't get installed with ZXP Installer but works fine with AEScripts ZXP Installer

When I try to install the TimeBolt Extension (https://www.timebolt.io/blog/timebolt-premiere-pro-extension) for Windows, I get an error which says... "Installation failed because the extension does not contain a valid code signature" but when I install the same extension with AEScripts ZXP installer, it works fine.

What's the probable cause for this?

I met the same issue when installing a zxp file, the zxp file can be installed successfully using Anastasiy’s Extension Manager, but failed using ZXPInstaller with the error "installation failed because the extension does not contain a valid code signature".
