Plug-in installed but I don't see it in the program

I have installed the extension correctly but in the extensions screen it does not display, the extension I am installing is (https://elements.envato.com/transitions-pack-VMBKG4X) but in the After Effects 2022 screen it does not display, is this a compatibility issue?
