The edit history modal should open

It closes immediately, with an error in the console

@robintown I can't reproduce this and I'm missing anything useful in the logs, can you reproduce reliably?

I can't find the event which triggered this yesterday, though I should note that I've had this happen on multiple occasions even though I can't reproduce it at will, either. This is the error I was seeing in the logs:
