Improve information bar on Space landing page

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a space
2. Invite some users
3. Make the windows size of the landing page small

Outcome

What did you expect?

On a small screen,

• The buttons should be wrapped (interactive elements such as invite and configuration buttons should always be displayed)
• The button shape should be kept same
• i18n: The gap between Welcome to (here にようこそ) and the name of the space should be retained in any languages

What happened instead?

• The buttons are not wrapped and interactive elements can be hidden
• The button shape is changed (See: i18n: adding "word-break: keep-all" to .mx_AccessibleButton #21287)
• The gap between Welcome to (here にようこそ) and the name of the space does not exist as the name of the space appears on the first line
