Steps to reproduce

  1. Set up a brand new server
  2. Create an account
  3. Open the room directory (without ever creating or publishing a room)

Outcome

What did you expect?

Some sort of generic "there be nothing" message

What happened instead?

A slightly awkward version of what was expected:

Could someone from product add the expected copy.
Once done, we should be able to assign the "good first issue" here, as it is a relatively scoped problem to solve
