If users enter a riot/web URL rather than a HS in the HS URL box, it might be nice for riot/web to redirect them to a plausible HS.

So if a user puts chat.mozilla.org in as their HS url in Riot, it would be nice if Riot served up a .well-known URL or something which could reroute them to mozilla.modular.im as the HS url.

We could go further and pull their entire config.json instead of the local deploy's one if it is accessible (CORS and whatnot)

This could be nice for desktop getting the colours and default settings and such
