Web is the worst, 'cause your webcam is still active, it's easy to miss, and there's no way to stop it
iOS is the second worst, 'cause there's no way for the banned party to end the call, but at least it's obvious that they're still streaming.
Android wins the prize for third worst, because the call doesn't end automatically but it's at least obvious that the call is still connected and the hang-up button does terminate the call
