This is kinda annoying because it'll conflict with GroupIDs in MultiInviter.js

My suggestion of checking for non-numeric characters still stands. Riot already has the precedent that phone numbers are in the form +1234567890, so once you encounter a letter/colon, it's probably a group (or just suggest both the group and phone number).

This is not only element-web issue, android also doesn't search by phone number.
