Hi,
Just getting into riot.im, so excuse any ignorance of project organisation.
I added the Google Calendar widget and had an X-Frame-Options: DENY error.
I fixed this by making a test calendar public, so I guess this issue has the answer that google permissions are not integrated within the widget and any google calendars (and files with the drive widget) have to have public permissions.
Obviously, if the case, that's a bit rubbish and as this issue identifies at least needs to be made clear in the docs. Can anyone please clarify:

• As this issue was labelled 'bug', 'major' 8 months ago and doesn't have anyone assigned, is this (the docs issue) or more importantly any work on the underlying issue (ie getting user authorised data from google with the widget) being tracked in another issue, PR, roadmap or something?
• Is Scalar client API to request an OpenID token (read: improve auth dance for widgets) element-web#7153 the 'fix' for the underlying issue? Or where else might I look for info or opportunities to contribute.
