Room list flickering and jumping

1. Scroll in the room list

I do have this since months, but I just completely reinstalled the app and it is still there.

The room list flickers (collapses rooms) and jumps randomly around.

Sometimes you can see the placeholder image appear for some milliseconds in between rooms:

I can confirm this issue, seems a animation trigger by refreshing...

Some remarks.
The item size and placeholder size are slightly different and as per documentation:

They don't work well if your item views are of different sizes, as this will prevent loading items from cross-fading nicely.

We could ensure that they have the same size but we have to take into account the impact on font size support.

Also we could probably push the pagesize (currently 10) to reduce effect

Not sure if we could tweak a bit the animator (to reduce the amount of time where placeholder are visible)

I don't experience this issue on my device
