org.matrix.custom.html m.text events not respected

Describe the bug

org.matrix.custom.html mformat types are not respected.

Expected behavior

It should properly format html.

The output generated is something like this:

<p>[<span data-mx-color='#cc8aca'>Luna</span>] abc</br></p>

I have not tested on anything other than Element web and Android.

you can use <font color="your color here"> for now, it's working as far as i can tell.
