Support WS-ADDRESSING

Request from SQUIZ:

WS-ADDRESSING is not supported by the Soap component.  
We have customers who are using the SOAP integration which are pending to be migrated to use the DXP SaaS platform. 

I would like to know your preference:
option 1: extend Soap component to support WS-ADDRESSING
option 2: adding required package to the code component so that they can write node js to do the integration 
or any other better suggestion?

Their migration project is planned in Jan 2025.

After the investigation, it was determined that it is better to implement it in the Code Component.
