Summary of the problem (If there are multiple problems or use cases, prioritize them)
Our alerts at present are quite basic and lacking contextual charts/graphs/metrics/screenshots. This creates additional steps to get this information. Further, there is no way to go "further" once an alert has been received.

User stories
As an Operations Engineer/SRE/DevOps Engineer
I need to be made aware of functional issues on my website(s) that are potentially impacting end users and see contextual information to understand potential root causes
So that I can take meaningful action to resolve the problem in the most efficient manner

Alerts are sent for errors from the agent
Alerts are sent for threshold breaches
Alerts include a link to a unique Error Details page that relates to the alert trigger
Alerts contain relevant contextual information
Alerts should be optimised for mobile email client viewing

This is also dependent on elastic/kibana#49392 , which allows us to put URLs in alerts

I'll add to this that there is another way to do the link today, where the alerts page (in alert management) can link back to our app, so we aren't really blocked here. We can use registerNavigation from the Alerts Navigation UI to create a link from the alerts UI to our app. No one else does this currently, but we could be the first!

Opened elastic/kibana#91022 to track the nav link
