I figured it might be time to remove the IIFE wrappers left behind by #6955. In that change the AMD wrappers were changed to IIFEs to prevent a bunch of complicated changes, but using jscodeshift I've taken care to create and test a transformer that takes care of the move by examining the AST rather than a series of complex regular expressions. This means the result should be structurally sound and have no technical impact on the tests themselves. They simply look a little less weird.
