[APM] ML integration is broken

After creating an ML job via APM UI, the job anomalies and bounds are not showing up in the Response Time charts.

ML in APM is most definitely broken in master - and perhaps also in 7.0 (yet to test).
One of the issues is that the filter that was added to exclude 6.x data, didn't take the ML queries into account, and are also being added to these. This means that ML never returns any data.

I'm experiencing some other issues with ML that might be unrelated - I'm currently talking to the ML team to get those resolved so i can properly test a solution.

The problem is also occurring in 7.0.0-rc2 latest build candidate, so I'm suspecting this should be a blocker for rc2 cc @alvarolobato @roncohen @makwarth
