[SideNav][Serverless] Remove "Project Settings\Users and roles" Menu Item

The Users and Roles link is redundant as there is already a card in Stack Management that allows users to navigate to the Cloud UI to manage project/organization members and their out-of-the-box role assignments. Removing the link from left nav would reduce confusion about where to go to find custom role configuration, as Stack Management would become the one area users associate when looking to manage users or roles and related tasks within their Serverless projects

Remove the "Project Settings\Users and roles" menu item.

Just to clarify this is only for Serverless? I see that the IA of Observability also has the "User and Roles" cloud link in their IA for stateful.

@sebelga That's right, it's for Serverless. With that said, I was trying to see where this is used in stateful for Observability and I'm not sure I'm looking in the right place. I don't see it in my 8.15 deployment or my 8.16 QA deployment (using the new Observability solutions left-nav on a space). What page does it link to within the Observability IA in stateful?
