The design of the Shared UX serverless projects side navigation shows an alternate UX when the side bar is "collapsed."

The latest design from the serverless Security Project will not work with a collapsed nav. We need to defer this until we find out what the design will be.

Keeping this deferred, at this time the serverless security project's nav will not work with a collapsed nav. For reference sake; enabling the collapsed nav behaviour is only a matter of removing the css prop introduced in this commit 879b29f
