Migrate `Client IP Count Timeline` to lens for NATS and STAN packages

Description

Client IP Count Timeline panel from [Logs NATS] Overview and [Logs STAN] Overview dashboard contains IP Range function. As of now (till Kibana 8.10.2), IP range function is not supported in lens.
