[O11y][Oracle] Convert data format for Tablespace and Overview dashboard visualizations from number to `bytes`

In the Oracle package, The Tablespace and Overview dashboard contains Avg data file size by filename [Metrics Oracle] and Tablespace Total Size [Metrics Oracle] visualizations, need convert the data format from number to bytes for more readability. Please refer the screenshot for the same.
